Host, Falaya DeSilva and Co-Hosts, Tara Mayole, and Casey Allen, "The Trifecta", collectively bring over three decades of experience in education, foster care, and behavioral health services. Though they are uniquely different, they are all equally passionate about supporting foster children and their care providers. This dynamic team has joined forces to commit to bringing change to an often flawed system by aiding those on the front line.

We will uncover and explore the issues that impact foster care, particularly those who are on the front line which includes foster and adoption parents, case managers, social workers, behavioral and mental health providers and of course, most importantly--the children.
